In this form you will provide the information that appears in your Web pages. You may go off-line while you fill out this form and then re-connect to Internet before you click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. For some ideas about what should be on your Web site you may want to have a look at some others news monitor's Web sites. Go to the QuickScan links page and have a look at the Web sites of any of the monitors that are listed there.

Remember that the information that you include below will appear on your Web site exactly as you have entered it - spelling, grammar and all! So please take your time. You may also want to save this page to your hard drive, fill it out and then email it to us.

Please provide the following contact information (generally for your sales department) If you don't wish your name to appear on the Web, select "No" next to the Last Name field and enter "Sales", "Service", etc. in the Department field. Fields with * are required fields.

URL	* If this has not yet been established, type the name you'd like for your domain name (i.e. www.MyCompany.com). You may also type an alternative name in case your choice is already in use. You will be billed directly by Network Solutions, Inc. for your domain registration in the amount of $70.00 (US). This registers your domain for 2 years. You will then be billed $35.00 (US) per year to maintain your domain. Your name will not be registered without your final approval.

Introduction: Write a brief introductory paragraph for your Web site. This is like a greeting to your place of business on the Internet. Invite visitors to come in and have a look around.

Mission Statement: Write one or two short sentences that describe your company's philosophy and ambitions. Something like, 'To become the leading provider of ...'.

Company Profile: Describe who you are, and how you provide value to your customers. If you belong to any industry associations (IABM, NDS, etc.), list them here. What do other people say about your company? Try using some quotes from satisfied customers. Who are the people in your company?

List 5 of your main services below. First type a brief description of the service and then, in the space provided below the brief description, type detailed descriptions and features of the service. It is important to remember that the "Brief Descriptions" all appear on one page and are used as link to an single page that contains all of the "Details/Features". You can enter as much information as you like in the "Details/Features" box. You can even instruct us to include photos, graphics or sample reports on the Detail/Features page (you must provide photos, graphics and sample reports to BDS in a digital format).
